Color Flash™ is a recently introduced series of Garden Astilbe. This selection forms a mound of ferny leaves that begin chartreuse in spring, developing burgundy and purple tones as they mature. Feathery blush-pink plumes appear in midsummer. Best with morning sun and afternoon shade, in a rich, moist soil. Outstanding and unique for both its foliage and flowers. Astilbe 'Younique Carmine' features a compact mound of lacy green foliage, topped with very thick fuchsia-red plumes. A very floriferous bloomer, this variety produces double the number of flowers of older selections. Needs regular watering. Also thrives in tubs, or mixed containers. From Dutch hybridizer Jan Verschoor, Astilbe 'Younique Cerise' has compact foliage topped with upright plumes of cherry red buds opening to hot pink flowers in early to mid-summer. It grows 12 to 16" high and is nicely fragrant. (Description courtesy of: www.perennialnursery.com

All of the flowers in this mix are double and represent a beautiful variety of yellow shades. The plant grows to a height of around 30 cm and flowers early Spring.

With a crawling nature, Audrey Light Blue is a great option for a bedding or border plant. With the right mix of sun, water, and fertilizer, it can spread to more than 75 cm.

Great as a garden plant and for drying and arranging, Potpourri Dark Purple has rich green foliage and large purple flowers that bloom all summer long.
